"In this clip let's do the left side pulling spokes. We're going to put a little twist into the hub the direction that it'll be twisted when it's a complete wheel. And we're going to count one hole back from the original first position hole. Let's see where we started here. There's our first spoke that we laid in. You can see it emanates from this point here which means our first non drive spoke is going to be here. Notice how it's one behind and that'll correspond to that hole there. Alright we've laid in all of our non drive side pulling spokes. Now we're going to look at the valve hole. That spoke should correspond with the first spoke we put in, should roughly parallel it. And we're going to make our way around once again. Alright I'm installing my last non drive side pulling spoke and we're going to confirm that our lacing pattern looks correct. Looking at the wheel from the drive side is usually the easiest. Put your twist in and if you site down each of these spokes make sure none of them cross over their opposing spokes so you have a nice radial pattern. You have a nice symmetry to the wheel and your orientation between this spoke and it's corresponding spoke on the opposite flange is not overlapping. That's an important element."
