"When fitting the saddle height to you as a rider on a hybrid you pretty much want to set the seat up high enough that when one of your pedals is at the bottom of the pedal stroke, your leg, your knee is bent twenty-five to thirty degrees and that is without dropping your heel. In other words, when you're on this seat, your heel is level or parallel with the ground, then you should be bent somewhere between twenty-five and thirty degrees. You know, too much bending your knee is pretty exhausting to ride, you're not getting full stroke. A lot of people pedal with their heel way up in the air all the way through their pedal stroke so they may want to run their seat a little higher, although, you should try to keep your heels down when you're pedaling if at all possible. And again, keep that bend in your knee around twenty-five degrees."
