"Hi! I'm Niqui with Studio Soiree. I'm about to show you what's not necessarily a core move, but it's a really fun way that you can work your hip abductors without really knowing you're doing it. It's just a free spin. We're going to take our outside leg and lift it up to make it pretty. Before we know it, we're working our hip abductors. I'll show you what I mean. You can so all sorts of things with that move. What I demonstrated was just having your body aligned towards outwards on your pole, so you're kind of a triangle to your pole. Then you really need to work your obliques and your hip abductors to keep your legs out. That's going to work your hip abductors for that boy look in the hips that we're all after and I don't know why. I'll show you again. That's a free spin. Feel free to take it wherever you want to take it. For instance, if I wanted to start going backwards and pivot while I'm in it, watch this. Why not?"
