"Hi! I'm Niqui with Studio Soiree. We all know the benefits of hanging leg lifts, but I'll tell you about them. They engage your hip flexors, but most importantly, while you're holding that static hold with your legs at a 90 degree angle to your body, you're really working that core. While you're sitting on the rolling chair watching everyone else at the gym, how fun is that? We're going to take that same position, put it into a spin, and you won't realize you're doing hanging leg lifts. It's called the pipe chair. Pipe many both of your legs are together and extended. The chair has your inside arm up high. We're going to use our outside leg for momentum. Then when we start spinning, we're going to hold the pole with our outside arm. Not holding it this way, just keeping our body away from it. We're going to meet our legs together and they're going to be extended. You can ride it to the ground if you want. I'll demonstrate. Do that a couple 10 times. Watch what I mean."
