"Hello, my name is Orestes Guada from Expert Village, today we’re going to talk about the game of paintball. Teamwork is like one of the best things you need on your team, it’s a lot of communication. Like in recreational paintball, teamwork is like they have 10 people: 10 on 10, they would split it up like 3 on each side, 3 down the left, 3 down the right, 3 down the middle and 1 floater in the back to protect the flag. The 3 on the left and the right, they push it down the tapes and the 3 in the middle, they push it down the middle and then they communicate with each other, they tell them oh, he’s here, he’s there and then they try to move with like the help of other players of their own team. So they tell them oh, he’s there, back left, back right, okay you guys shoot these guys in, then they make moves like that. That’s how they communicate and move around the field."

on 8/2/2008 Yes, "a third, a third, and a third" is a tactic that most walk ons without teamwork or communication use. If you want a good tactic, try a string side, where basically you leave a few men on defense and send the rest of your team out all on one side of the field. Your defenders would stall the enemies who are attacking long enough for the fast moving, large group to grab the enemy flag and return to their base to flank the remaining enemy attackers.
