" Hello my name is Orestes Guada for Expert Village. Today we are going to talk about paintball equipment. These are the elbow pads from JT. They protect your elbows when you are diving on the field or into a snake or something; they come in all sizes. Slide them on, make sure they fit nice and tight so they don't slide on you, so you don't get any rug burns, cause they play mostly on turf. When your diving, the rug sometimes slides an elbow pad and it might burn off your skin, so make sure they are nice and tight. Fit nice and tight. There are different kind of elbow pads but, these are the best ones to tell you the truth. JT makes ones of the best, very nice. Elbow pads--got to have them for sure. "
