"Hi welcome to Expert Village my name is Nicholas Daniel. The back flight to sit a transition it is a 90 degrees front flip if you well you going from your back to your sit. This right here is a rough outline of a neutral back flight position. Here you got the neutral sit glide position. Your starting and ending position know the transition in between is going to look pretty much like this. I'd like you to start out by just visualizing the transition while you are still on your back. To initiate this you are going to go ahead start off by putting your chin back and this is going to allow you to get a little bit more surface air in your upper body. You are going to extend arms above your head and you want to go ahead and arch your back kind of putting your shoulder blades together. You want to think about know that your upper body up you want to think about bringing your lower body underneath you. The way to do that if I just go ahead and bring your legs in a little bit and widening your knees. This is going to give you a little bit more stability. Once you are in a vertical position again just continue flying your upper body up by bringing arms above your head. Once you are vertical you can bring them down and assume the neutral sit flight position. Make sure that you are nice and stable as you get in the sit flight position. If you are wobbling around a little bit and you need to bail make sure you go back to your back. It is going to be a lot safer that way. Again before you try any of these transition in the tunnel make sure you consult with a instructor. Be safe and have fun.
