"And to be a baseball fan, you got to get off your duff. You got to get out to the game. You've got to go, go, go, go, go. You got to do it. So to get tickets, you know, that can be a little tough. That can be a little intimidating. There are three ways to get them: scalpers, cash, or the web. It's important to remember all three, because, scalpers, you can get them cheap, but, it can be illegal and you can end up in jail. The web, really cheap, especially on StubHub.com and web sites like that, where you can compete for the tickets. Also, through the team web sites. So if you have a favorite team, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Oakland Athletics, Texas Rangers, check, check all their web sites, 'cause a lot of times you can find tickets there as well. Major league baseball has made it awfully easy to find tickets. Minor league baseball, even easier. A lot of times you can go outside, there'll be people basically almost handing you tickets. They just want a few bucks to offset the cost of what they, what they've spent on them. Other guys outside of major league games, you'll find a lot of scalpers. You have to be careful with the scalpers, because some of it is illegal. Sometimes you will get tickets that are actually someone else's tickets. There are people who will print those, especially in the age of computers, they will print those out. But, in certain states, scalping's completely legal, and you're ok to go outside the stadium and just buy them. So just keep aware of where the cops are, so you don't get yourself in trouble. And cash, obviously, you can walk up to the ticket windows there, each and every time. You can buy tickets there. You're not really getting any kind of deal, but you can choose your seats at will. And that's a lot of fun, especially if you're taking your son or your daughter to their first game. You want to sit right behind the visiting dugout because you're a huge fan of the Minnesota Twins and they're playing Oakland. You want to sit right behind the dugout. That's an opportunity. And that, a lot of times, you do have to walk up to the ticket window so you can talk to the ticket agents to get that. It's a little harder to do that on the web. And also, it's a little harder for people to kick things around to make sure you get those tickets. So remember, to be a fan, you have to get off your duff. You got to get to the games. You've got to enjoy the games. You've got to feel the vibrancy of what, what that feels like. To sit at home watching it on TV, that's fun if you can't afford it. But make sure you get out to four or five games every year. It's worth it. It's worth the money, it's worth the time, and you know, if you have to take a couple of days off work to do it, I think it's totally, totally worth it. "
