"So one of the things you should look at with your bike and getting it ready for summer is making sure that it is clean and working correctly in your drive train so a really good way to do that is to look at here what is moving on your bike and allows you to shift, climb hills, descend hills, and if you have packed it away for the winter you probably have a little bit of rust or build up grime or anything that kind of makes noise and it would be a really good idea to address that here in your chain and you can do that by adding lubricant, cleaning the chain and that would allow you to shift quietly, smoothly and that is what makes your bike that much more fun to ride so chain loop and you want to address it in all your moving parts, the chain, your pivots here and once you have lubed it you can clean off the extra stuff and you are ready to ride so chain lube would be the easiest way to accommodate your bike for the summer time."

on 2/22/2009 This is a lame video. You don't need a video to say: "after your bike has been sitting for the winter lube the chain before riding."
