"So there's, there's another thing to consider when you're, when you're riding your bike and you might find that your, the padding on the inside of your shorts just isn't doing enough and you're getting a little bit of rubbing. They do make a product which is called chamois cream. It's essentially just a cream that helps sooth out any irritation or it kind of helps lubricate the, the pad on the inside of your shorts. And essentially what you do is just kind of take a handful and apply it generously to the pad, and if you're going for a little bit longer ride, it kind of helps reduce any kind of rubbing that occurs when you're riding. And it's become quite popular. A lot of people tend to use it for really long rides. Professional riders even use it a lot as well, considering the amount of time that they're putting in on their seat. So if you're looking for a little extra comfort, that might be a great option for, for making your ride a little bit more enjoyable. There are, like I said, a few companies that are making it.
