"So if you are storing your bike it is good to know there are a few things that will help you. Keep in mind that there isn't a ton to do to get it ready for storage. The main thing you should do is probably make sure that you are not storing it anywhere near a bunch of moisture and that way the cables won't rust, the housing won't rust, the chain and moving parts won't gain any corrosion. Keep it somewhere that it won't get stacked on or banged into. You don't necessarily need to hang it upside down, hang it on a wall, keep in mind that it will probably get a little dusty but dust won't necessarily hurt it but if you are storing it away from moisture try not to pile too many things on it so it won't get a lot of weight pushed on it and that is about it. Wait for the spring time and summer so you can ride it again."
