"One thing we haven't talked about on the bike is being safe on the road. If you are riding a lot, and your commuting, and you're on the road side, it's a real good idea to have a set of lights so that you're seen by traffic. If you have one light, it should be the rear, and that should be a red flasher light. So if you look at this one here, it has a couple different settings. You can set it to a flasher, a constant on, and then back to off. So, a flasher would be really good and it would mount right here on your seat post, possibly here on the side if the seat stays here, or, if you have a bag, backpack or a messenger bag it can even clip on to the back of that so that you're safe. For a front light you want to have a bright white light so that when cars are coming against you they can see you coming and that your safe and they can avoid you as well as you can avoid them. So if you have one light make it the rear, make it a red light. You're better off and more safe with two lights. The front is going to be white bright light flasher setting as well. So, red for the rear, white light for the front so you're safe on the road."
