"Let's look at your wheels on your bike. So every so often your wheels will come out of true and basically not be perfectly straight as they were when they started so if we look at this bike here what you would need to true your wheels or straiten them you would need a spoke wrench and basically you have these spoke nipples on the bike and you would apply your wrench to it. Turn it one way or the other tighten one end loosen one end bring it back to straight so that it is correct and the braking is right and that it is safe. Good thing to look at also address is tune ups usually is your hubs making sure that they are tight not too tight not too loose and the way the in no play in the wheel what so ever and you would address that in the rear wheel as well as the front. You would make sure that everything is correct. Bearings are greased and here at the bike store we would address that in our basic tune up.
