"Let's take a look at saddle choice. Very important aspect of bike riding. You have a lot of different choices in saddles. A very good way to determine what saddle's right for you after testing them out, is determining all the features in them. Some saddles have gel underneath and leather cover, some have cut outs, and it's very important to try out a couple different ones for yourself. For example, this saddle here, very minimal design, leather cover with a little bit of gel underneath it. Fits most riders. If you want a little bit more comfort or a few different features, you could look at a saddle that has a cut out in it. Something like this one here. Pretty similar in shape but with a cut out here. So couple different options. And definitely check out a few to make sure you've found the correct one. If you have questions about saddles or anything like that, you can call the bike shop here. Contender Bicycles. The number is 801-364-0344 for all your saddle questions. If you take a look at this board here, there's a bunch of different saddle options. Everything from very narrow to comfort oriented, to shock absorption and gel. So saddle, big time preference. Find the one you like, take the time and enjoy it."
