"Taking a look at saddle height is really important, probably the most important of the bike fitting. Basically if you are adjusting your saddle height up or down you would loosen the clamp to adjust the saddle whether you are going up or down and what you are looking for in a saddle height is in that peddle position you want to have a very slight bend in your knee, not fully extended, not too much of a bend, that would address the actual height of the saddle. If you were moving the saddle forward or back on the post itself you would be using your Allen wrench right here on the bolt and in that peddle position you would want a straight line from your knee right through the peddle axle here and if you needed more or less you would address it by shifting the saddle on the rails here to ensure that your saddle height is correct up or down or that your format or knee position is correct back and forth on the saddles. If you want more comfort in the saddle there are a lot of different options you can address in saddle choice which we can talk about in the next piece."
