"So in checking your critical bolts, let me show you how to do that. It's really important that you have the correct tool, and if you have a multi-tool, it's just an Allen Hex Key, probably a four millimeter or a five millimeter. What you would do is, you would address it right here, and you would really want to check that the pressure is evenly distributed on the bolts itself. You would check it here, on your handlebar, and here on your stem. Once you've done that, make sure they're nice and snug. You would address it here, on the seat post, same tool. You would use your Allen Hex Key, here on the saddle, as well. Third, would be really important to check your quick releases. Open them up. Clean out this area. Put your hand back on there, and tighten it down until it's really nice and snug, to ensure that your wheel is correctly in the dropout, front and rear, so you don't have any issues there, and you are safe, and ready to ride."
