"We're about to talk about how to get out of your kayak at the dock. So first thing I want to do, I'm done paddling, but I want to make sure my paddle stays with me near the kayak just in case I have trouble getting out of the kayak, I want to be able to grab my paddle in case I have to paddle back over to the dock. So I want to put the paddle behind me, still on the boat, and on the dock, just like we got in, that way if I have a problem, I can grab the paddle. Next thing I want to do is put both hands on the dock like this, and I'm going to get just like I'm in a push up position. So what I want to do is get the weight of my chest and my head over the dock like this and see, if you look at my legs right now, I want to pull my knees towards my chest because that's holding the boat to me. If I push away on my legs, the boat ends up going away from the dock, and then there's a good chance I can go swimming. So what I want to do is pull my knees to my chest again, just like when we were getting in the boat, and then I just want to roll out of the boat like this, nice and easy, and I'm out of the boat, I didn't take a swim, and everything's good."
