"Hi, this it Prarit Jha on behalf of Expert Village. Now we are going to talk about another exercise, breathing exercise. It's called Humming Bee Breath or it called Brambre Brownia. In this, what we have to do, we have to just close your ears with the help of your thumb. Put your middle finger in between your ear duct and just inhale fully and try to chant "Ohm" while keeping your mouth shut. This, you need some practice but just try it. Just do like this. After doing a few repetitions you will definitely feel tired. Just take a break, just try to relax yourself, just breathe in and just breathe out. It is a very good breathing exercise for relaxation of your mind, of your body."
