"Hi, this is Parit Jha on behalf of Expert Village. Now after doing the deep breathing thing, we will move to multiple second breathing exercises. Those who are suffering from joint pains and arthritis, by doing this breathing exercise they can benefit from their ailments. They can practice it for at least 15 minutes every day. By practicing every day, you will see the results in just a few days. Now we are going to teach you how to do it. Now we're going to tell you to do this exercise. This is called a Anuloom Biloom; nose deep breathing. We'll just keep our middle finger, and begin our eyebrows here. And we will use our ring finger and our thumb to close our left and right nose for breathing."
