When you are feeling tired, just take a break, just take a pause and just relax. In this position just breathe normally just try to keep your eye closed just observe your breathing just try to see the flow of your breathing. It also helps you in concentrating and also keeps away from many mental diseases. Just try to do it for at least three to five minutes. Even you can do it more after practicing it more and more. It is not just simple breathing; we are just absorbing the whiter force, the Prana, the energy. Just try to keep yourself relaxed."
