"When choosing to buy a helmet be sure that the helmet is not too tight around the face. Make sure that when you tighten the chin strap the helmet is secure but comfortable. If you can fit of two fingers side ways then the helmet is too loose. You should only be able to fit one finger sideways. A visor on the helmet is another thing to note and it is adjustable. It is advisable to get a pair of goggles. Make sure that when fitted they should not touch the helmet thus making them more comfortable to wear. Also consider how easily removable the pads are on the helmet. The pads on this helmet snap right in and snap right out which is good since with all the sweat they are easily removed and can be washed and placed back as easily into the helmet.Additional padding can be added to this helmet for a better fit. These are the things to look for when purchasing a full head helmet."
