"The type and fit of cycling jersey you choose to wear is something that some people feel really passionate about. Some people don't even feel the need to wear a jersey. If you live in a drier climate where sweat is evaporating quicker you can probably get away with wearing a t-shirt or something like that. For folks who live in moisture climates, wearing a jersey that?s made out of a light weight perforated material that moves sweat away from your body makes a real big difference. So, I've got here two different styles of jerseys. This one is a road style jersey. It?s got three pockets on the back; it?s got a full zipper down the front, and is extremely tight fit. When I put this on you can see every nook, curve and cranny of my upper body. So, for modesty it?s not so good. For having contact with the fabric to make sure that the sweats wicked away it?s also very good. Also, if I'm carrying things in my pockets in the back its nice to have a tight fit so the pockets are less likely too bounce up and down. So, for people who fashion wise, this goes best with traditional tight cycling shorts. Some people choose to wear a looser fitting jersey, like this one here. This is a three-quarter sleeve jersey. People who choose to wear loosing fitting jerseys like this often times they wear them because there wearing some chest pads and elbow pads that this is going to fit much better over or their wearing big baggy shorts so it?s a better fit that way. Also, as long as it?s made out of a good material, this jersey?s made out of pretty much the same material as this tighter road style jersey. As long as it?s made out of a good material it?s still going to wick pretty well and be pretty cool. Having a little bit more air flow by the jersey flapping around is going to feel pretty nice. So those are the two basic types of shirts that you might wear while riding and some of the reason you might go with one over the other."
