"To really get up these steeper hills, you really need to move your upper body weight. Low and far down to keep all the traction on your wheels. So in this particular case, it got crunched, low fire down, sort of pulling down and back on the handle bars to drive that back wheel down because if you watch me do it again with a different body position, it will be very easy going the same speed, peddling the same way to just not get traction. So I am just standing up and my back tire is spinning and everything is real bad because there is no weight on the wheel. All my weight was over the front. So what I did instead I will go up here over these roots and you will be able to see it a little bit more exaggerated is that we are bringing our weight down and really pulling down into the down and back on the handle bars. It's a lot of muscle involved when we are doing that. I will show you some more tricks about that in the next segment. "
