"So tools on the trail what's sort of preparation should you really have to be a responsible mountain bikers out there able to respond any mechanical may arrive. Allen wrenches are pretty much hex wrenches are pretty much every bolt fixing place on your bike can all be handled by one small set of tools. This is a pretty complex tool it's got 15 different tools the main thing all these varies hex wrenches most of the bolts on your bike fit this one which is a 5mm hex wrench. Fits here, fits here it allows you to if you knock something out of the way in a crash your handle bars move whatever you can move stuff back to where it goes. I set the controls kind of loose on my bikes so if I hit something instead of this cracking and breaking it just moves out of the way, which 2 loose it moves all way around when your riding and that's kind of scary. So there's a fine line there but the other thing to be prepared for is a flat tire, how do you with a flat tire. I ride with a seat bag like this on my bike, I'll show you what I keep in it this is all good stuff that you should think about getting. So I got a spare tube it's a good idea to inflate this once in a while to make sure that the contents of the bag haven't punctured it. I got my spare tube, got a patch kit for in case I puncture that spare tube. The contents of that patch kit are some glue, the patches, and a little bit of sand paper to rough the tube so everything fits. Patching a tube you know it's pretty advanced to pretty advanced technique if you take the time to read it about it or you know watch a video about it but you'll learn a lot more. So I also have a tire lever which can help remove the puncture tire from the rim and this is a sealed tool cartridge which could be used with a inflater head to inflate your tire if your really in a hurry, or you don't want to carry a pump with you. Screws together goes onto your, goes onto your valve stem on your new tube and you inflate your tire. So always try to carry tools and everything you need to get out of the woods by yourself even if your riding with a group of people that you know, or more advance than you more skill than you have more going to have tools, good to have your own cause even if someone needs to use them and not you it's there, so it improves the improves the whole affair I'd say."
