"After the wheelie and the track stand probably the most third important most important thing to learn is how to bunny hop or jay hop or bronco hop you hear many different names for a motion which is basically involves you compressing the bike to bounce it up off the ground and sort of scoop it. So it is kind of you can think of it like a combination of dribbling a basket ball and lifting up a weight bar. So just like you are learning the wheelie one thing that would probably help would be lower your seat if you are new to this so you would have more room to maneuver so I have lowered my seat I'm going to do it up. If you have some traditional flat pedals that you can put on instead of the clipping kind that I have that is good cause it keeps you from learning bad habits and also lets you get off the bike easier. But the first part of the bunny hop is very similar to a wheelie except you don't use as much of pedal momentum to do it so you pull up and forward. The pull up, push forward, up and forward so it's you know the best way to think of the motion if you have you know something like this handle bar in my hands is you are pulling up on the bars. It is like a catch and jerk forward so up and forward. And a lot of the a lot of the upward movement off or you rear wheel is actually generated by the way you snap your wrist forward. That is one of those things just because your wheels have the quicker you are moving the eager it is to get both wheels off the ground cause they sort of feel like they weight less when you are riding. So you are up and forward. "
