"My name is Mike Nguyen and I am here with Expert Village on an advice how to be an offensive lineman. Those are two of the main important things in conditioning yourself. Because without conditioning, you are going to get tired and won't be focused on the field. Most important don't drink no carbonated water because it will cut the wind out of you when you get caught tired quick. Just mainly just Sports drinks or water like Power Aid or Gatorade. Like bananas has potassium, keeps you from getting cramps. You could probably eat spaghetti or sandwiches but not greasy food because it will kill your body and you will be slow in the game. "
