"Hi, this is Mike Lopez with Expert Village. Now that we have racked our balls now it's time to break. Breaking comes in two forms; breaking on the rail and breaking off the rail. Now we're going to go over on the rail breaking, what you're going to do is make on your rail closed bridge as we discussed before you place it. Where ever you choose your breaking spot to be some pros break from the side, some people break from the middle, what you do is get down on your stance with your closed bridge. And you eye out the shot, what you're going to do your going to use a very powerful stroke through your bridge and most of the time you even want to put some body English in it. Which means you're going to move your body forward as your cue goes."
