"Another roll that you could consider, I wouldn't recommend but if you know how to do it well, it is a good roll to use especially if you know, you are in a place where it is too shallow and it is fairly a safe place. This is called the hugh bracing roll or the back deck roll. The most common injury for this roll is actually pulling your shoulder out. If you are going to use a hugh bracing roll just know that it is used in situation where you want to roll as quick as you can and not in situations where you are staying underwater for a very long time. Cause when you use this roll you are actually at the back of your deck and your face is exposed, so as soon as you flip over if you are in that position where you can use a hugh bracing roll or a back deck roll you want to do as quick as you can. So you get less expose out of those rocks."
