"Now, we get to play like we’re a dog. If you have a dog, imagine how your dog stretches as they get up. Bring your hands down to your chair. Keep the arms straight and start walking your feet back. You’re going for a shape like an A, bow the head down, and stretch into those calves. Let them talk to you; let those hamstrings and those calves talk to you. They need love and they need lengthening. Lengthen the torso. Look for this to be a total body stretch; total body lengthening. To come back out, let your weight transfer back to your hands, start walking your feet forward, coming into a little bit of a forward bend, and then coming up to standing. So you and your dog can even practice yoga together. "
