Have your left hand on that back of the chair; bring your right leg up. You might wiggle wobble a little bit, that’s okay. Bring that leg a little higher; as far as you are comfortable bring that right hand. Don’t hold your breath. Bring your left hand up. Don’t hold your breath; keep breathing. Now see if your tree can grow. Keep it growing; keep it extending, and remember each time if your tree starts falling, just come back to that chair and slowly back down. Keep breathing. Bring the right leg down, keep breathing, and finally mountain pose. "
