"So now we’re going to work with our core. We’re going to work with our legs and we’re going to pretend that we’re a boat. Let you hands rest on the back of your chair. Extend the left leg out, really push out through the foot. Bring that down, extend the right leg out. Push through the foot and bring that down. Now, let’s see if we can bring both together. So lean slightly back, bring your knees up. You can so this. Now, push out through the feet. As you can see my feet don’t straighten very much, or actually my knees don’t straighten very much. See if you can make your legs go straight and we can add the arms at the side. So you use a chair a little bit behind you to support you. Come back down, feet down, back to seated, and take a breath. That can be a very warming. "
