"Here you get to stretch your shoulders and really enjoy moving them. So let’s start by drawing our arms up, shrugging the shoulders. Really tightening everything, really squeezing, feeling that, and just dropping them down and feel the after effect, the warm coming into the shoulders. So I’d like you to inhale up, squeezing here, hold your breath for a little bit, and then exhaling them back down, taking in the after effect. Let’s do a couple more. Inhale up, really squeeze. You can even squeeze the eyes and the cheeks, and as you exhale, release it all down. Just allow that warmth to be in your neck and in your shoulders. "
