"In this clip we'll take about hook kick. A hook kick looks like this; chamber, kick, re-chamber, and down. In the break it down the first thing you do it pre-pivot your foot, like the side kick, and when you chamber it's like side kick as well. You want to pull it in, as close to the knot of your belt as possible keeping your foot level. You kick out to two o'clock, whip it all the way back to eleven o'clock where you chamber and set it down. One more time; pivot your foot, tuck in your knee, whip it, re-chamber, and set it down. So one more time; pivot your foot, chamber, whip it, re-chamber, and set it down. In four count hook kick it's import to impact your target with the flat of your foot so as you pull it back and you kick out you point your toes like the front kick and whip it all the way around, re-chamber, and set it down. Another way to break t down is the four count hook kick; so you chamber it in that?s one, two kick it out hook it, three re-chamber, four set it down. One more time; pick it up with the pivot, two kick it out, three re-chamber, four set it down. That is the four count hook kick."
