"In this clip we will be talking about jump back leg round kick. A jump back leg round kick will look like this. To do a jump back leg round kick first you want to take a step, feet together, squat down, jump, tuck your bottom leg, twist your hips over, and kick. Back leg round kick the power comes from your hips. As you jump you want to twist your shoulders, rotate your hips, and kick all the way through your target to two o'clock. One more time, it will look like this. Another look at the stepping is you want to take a step, feet together, squat down, and jump. As you jump off rotate your hips. So jump, rotate, and kick. One more time; step feet together, squat, rotate your hips, and twist your shoulders. Take a step, squat down, okay. That is your jump back leg round kick."
