"In this clip we'll be going over round kick. In the round kick you want to pick up your leg, pull it back, and snap it forward. Breaking it down you want to pre-pivot your foot, pick up your knee pointing your knee at your target, kicking just through, pulling it all the way back, and down. So you want to pre-pivot your foot, pick up your knee, kick through your opponent, back and down. It's important to kick all the way through your opponent to two o'clock that way you can exert all the energy of your kick into your opponent. You?re not hitting the surface and pulling off, kicking all the way through. Breaking it down even more is the three count round kick. On one you pivot your foot and pick up your knee. Two kick with a loud KIA and three setting it down. One more time, one, two KIA, three."
