"Now we are going over jump side kick. The jump side kick was actually originally invented to knock opponents off of their horses. In the jump side kick your going to take a step, step together, squat down, jump, and kick. One more time breaking it down; you?re going to take a step, step together, jump, and when you jump tucking the bottom leg in, and kicking out rotating your hips as you kick. When you land the jump side kick you want to land with both feet planted. When you first learning jump side kick it's important that you land with the bottom foot first. That way you don't lose your balance and fall. So step, step together, and on the bottom foot. Basic combo for a jump side kick is the step side kick, jump side kick. So step behind, side kick, jump, side kick. One more time a little faster. Add to that we'll add a back punch. So step side kick, jump side kick, back punch."
