"In this clip we're going to be going over our basic front punch and back punch. Our first move is our front punch. So starting from the beginning. Our show position. Clash, show. Guarding stance our left chimney. Keeyah. In the front punch, we punch out, power coming from our shoulder, our hand rotating as we punch out impacting our target with our first two knuckles. Front punch is formed by back punch. In back punch the power comes from the hips, twisting them, impacting our target with our first two knuckles like front punch. When we do our front punch and our back punch we want to make sure that our wrists stay straight and strong. That way when we hit our target it doesn't buckle and spraining or hurting our wrist. So practicing on our punching bag, our front punch looks like. And back punch. The back punch obviously has a lot more power into it because as we punch we're twisting, putting the power of our leg, our hips and our shoulder into a two inch area, our knuckles. The pivot gives us more power because as we rotate onto our, onto the ball of our foot, it transfer powers up the leg, into the hips and then into your punch. So a good combination to use while sparring is front punch, back punch."
