"NICK GRALIKE: Hey, it's Nick here at Ramp Riders in St. Louis and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Alright, in this clip we're going to talk about starting small. Basically, you don't want to try to go too big. You don't want to expect to get all the way around, over rotated. When I say rotated, I mean like you don't want to get it all the way like this. So when I first started out, my first couple of times, I did it on the dirt jumps, on some trails, and I got it maybe this like first couple of times and then you know a week later like that and so eventually I can get them like this now, so it just takes a lot of practice and a lot of time. Main thing is make sure your toes are back and make sure you're are centered on your bike at all times, you don't want to be over back so--and don't go too big like you don't want to go on this huge ramp and expect to just, you know go so high and be able to do it because really it's not about the height or the size of the jump, it's about being center on your bike and being able to throw it in enough time with your air. So just you know try it, stay confident, and start somewhere. That is the X-up."
