"A good stroke is a good technique to help you get over a job safely and with style. It could also determine how much angle you have when you go over a job whether you are going to pencil in or you are going to land flat on a job alone. When you move a stroke you are actually using your body to get over a job as well as a stroke that you are using. What you are going to do as you approach a drop let's say that this rock is the edge right here you want to do a nice vertical upward body position, actually move a little forward, pull your knees up to your chest, and as you pull the stroke forward you pull your knees all the way up to your abs. Have you body position more over a stroke and that pulls your toes up, pulls you bow up, and prevails you forward over the drop and that determines how far you are going to go and how flat you are going to land.
