" Hello! I am Miriam, this is the Better Side Rugby Club, and we’re showing you some basic rugby techniques. Right now, we’re showing you how the tight 5 would bind to get ready for a scrum. Right now, we’re going to have the hooker come to the mark and set the place. She would tell everybody she is ready by raising her arm. The loose head prop comes in, grabs her and she gets ready for her bind. The tight head prop comes, reaches around her shorts and they both square up to get tight. The second row would come together. They would bind each other around the waist grabbing forth to make sure that they are tight and close together. They would then come behind their front row, kneel down, reach underneath their legs, grab their shorts and put their heads through to get a tight lock. "
