" Hello! I’m Miriam, this is the Better Side Rugby Club, and we are showing you some basic rugby plays. Right now, this is the ruck, when you take the ball into contact and you put the ball down on the ground, it’s a ruck. Here we’re going to show it to you very slowly. I’m going to take the ball in against the defender. I’m going to place the ball on the ground and my team is going to push over the ball so that the next person can come and pick it up and go with it. Place it on the ground and my teammates are going to help me to push over the ball so it can be picked up by the next player who can take it on. Now we are going to show the same thing a little bit faster. That’s how you do a ruck. "
