" Hello! I am Miriam, this is Bess, and today we are going to be showing some basic rugby skills. This is a place kick, which is used after a try is scored to make conversion points. What you would do is simply make a place for the ball on the field. You can use a T, or as Bess likes to do, she just likes to make a mark with her heel and put the ball in it. Then takes a couple of steps to set herself, runs forward and kicks the ball."
