on 8/2/2008 sorry, you have a very bad technique, whats to stop the other team from taking the ball out of your hands? you secure the ball from both sides and run into her with your sholder holding the ball on the opposite side you hit her, then your teammates secure it. sorry, i'm sure you know this already :p
