" Hello! I’m Miriam, this is Bess, and today we are showing you some basic rugby skills. Right now, she is going to show you a grubber kick. This would be used in open play to advance the ball forward around a couple of defenders. First, you would be doing this while running. You would hold the ball directly out in front of you, point down, drop it, and kick the top of the ball so it rolls along the ground and bounces up to catch.
