" Hello! I am Miriam, this is Bess, and we are showing you some basic rugby techniques. Right now, I’m going to show you a running skill, which is a dummy pass, to confuse the defense. All you do is, while you are running you hold the ball directly in front of you so that you can go either way with it, which is what you want to do whenever you are running with the ball.
