" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you another stretch that you can do for your core area. We are going to be looking at the sides here for your oblique muscles. What you want to do is have the ball on the floor and you are going to kind of roll out onto it on your sides, so we are going to do the left side first; however you are comfortable, however you feel stable, I have the knee bent here and my inner legs is out and you simply want to just lie down on the ball so you are rolling over and then bring your other hand over your head right like this. You should feel a nice stretch all in through here. You might feel a little bit of a stretch coming up the back side of your arm here, which is nice and easy. You want to hold it for about 30-60 seconds or else you can do 10 seconds, take a break, another 10 and another 10. Be sure and stretch out both sides. So you are just rolling gently over the ball like this, arm over your head."
