"Hi! I am Monica and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village today to show you another exercise that you can do for your core. We are going to use the physio ball again and this one is actually going to be a type of exercise that is called block out. What you want to do is lie on top of the ball at your stomach and then you simply walk out on your arms, just like this. So you are going to be doing a little bit of arm exercises just by maintaining this position but you are going to have to do some core strengthening as well. If you want a challenge even more, what you can do is place the ball further underneath you legs this two more in the push up position and you want to try and make sure that your back your butt doesn’t arch, but you want to keep them up straight like this, so everything, your shoulders, your hips and knees should all line up. They all should be straight as board so another great stabilization exercising for your back."
