"Hi! I am Monica and this next clip is brought to you by Expert Village. I am going to show you another exercise that you can do using one of the physio balls here. This is another great core exercise and it is going to be helping out your arms and your legs but majority of the work is going to be done by your back here. What you want to do is lie nice and flat on the ball, again if the ball is a little bit deflated it makes it easier to do these exercise and what you are going to do is make sure that you are keeping your head up, your trunk straight and you are going to lift an arm and an opposite leg up at the same time, so right like this. Then the other side, so again you are working your arms and your legs a little bit but having to maintain this position with your back is going to be working even more and you can roll out on a ball a little bit more like this so again you are having to use your back even more doing opposite arm and opposite leg again."
