"Hi! I am Monica and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village and I am going to show you some more physio ball exercises that you can do for your core. The next exercise is going to be another sit up exercise just a variation of the one I showed you earlier. This one is a little bit more advanced or you can make it advanced and so what you are going to do is have a ball on the ground, you can actually sit on the ball this time and go ahead and roll on back, get nice and comfortable. Again the ball deflated and it is going to make it a little bit more stable for you, arms on your chest, and just go ahead and roll up like this. Nice and easy, you can come up to the top and hold if you want to or you can just keep going. If you want to make it harder, you can actually roll back a little bit, so now the balls are more underneath your butt versus your back area here and the same thing, up and down, nice and slow."
