"Hi! I am Monica and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you some exercises with the physio ball that you can do for your core, your mid-section here. The next one I am going to show you is going to be a back extension exercise that is going to help with the muscles, help strengthen them and your back especially the low back area here, so what you want to do is have the ball on the ground, you are going to want to basically have your stomach on the ball here and make sure your feet and hands are comfortable. If you need a little bit more support, you can have your feet up against the wall so they are not moving out on you and then what you are going to do is go ahead and cross your arms on your chest and just try and come up right like that, so you can see there is not a lot of movement. You are basically just tightening these muscles here in your back, you are going to tighten the muscles in your butt too just to kind of support yet as you are coming up but basically up like this and right like that. You can come up to the top and hold it if you want to and right back down."
